What is rakeback?
A share of the house edge on every bet you place. It builds up as you play, whether you win or lose.
What are Instant, Weekly and Monthly rakeback?
Each bet's rakeback is split three ways: 50% goes to Instant, 30% to Weekly and 20% to Monthly. All three build as you play, and you can claim any of them whenever you like.
What decides how much I earn?
Your bet size, the house edge of the game and your rank. Higher ranks get a bigger share, and your rank rises as you level up.
How do I claim?
Press Claim on a card, or Claim all when more than one is ready. The amount is added to your ACE balance right away. Anything you don't claim stays and keeps building.
What is the Daily Free Spin?
One free spin of the wheel each day (the day changes at midnight, Zurich time). The prizes grow with your tier and your level.
What is the daily login bonus?
A bonus for each day you come back. It grows with your tier and level, and with your streak: day 1 pays the base amount and day 7 pays 1.5 times as much, plus a gem. Miss a day and the streak starts over. Claim it here on this page.
What is weekly cashback?
A weekly payback on part of your net losses for the week. Your tier sets the percentage, and you need a minimum amount of play that week to qualify. It isn't available in the app yet.
