How VirtuAce works, in a few minutes.
Start
VirtuAce is a social casino. You play with ACE, a virtual currency. There is no real money in the games and nothing can be cashed out.
New accountYou start with 500 ACE and 500 gems. Confirm your email with the link we send you, then you can play.
PlayingOpen a game from the Casino, pick a chip and press Bet. Your bet stays for the next round until you clear it.
Every game has an Info tabIt shows the return to player (RTP), the house edge, the biggest possible win and the rules of that game.
Running lowIf your balance falls below 10 ACE it is topped up to 50, so you can always keep playing.
ACE and gems
Two currencies, two jobs.
ACEto playEvery bet costs ACE and every win pays ACE. Your balance decides your tier. You earn ACE by winning and from your rewards: login bonus, Daily Free Spin, rakeback and level-up bonuses.
Gemsto spendGems come from the Store, from achievements and from other players' gifts. They buy ACE packs, crates, boosters, profile frames, chip skins, voice packs and name changes. Gems never expire.
GiftsPlayers who have bought gems can send gems to anyone, from a profile or the leaderboard, any amount and as often as they like.

Tiers and levels
Two things move as you play. Your tier follows your balance. Your level follows how much you play.

Levels
XPEvery bet earns XP: the amount you bet, times the game's house edge divided by 1%, at most 1 XP per ACE. A game with an edge of 1% or more pays the full 1 XP per ACE; a low-edge game such as Blackjack pays proportionally less.
LevelYour level comes from your lifetime XP, which is never lost. XP needed grows by about 10 times every 5 levels. Each new level pays a one-time ACE bonus.
RankA rank is a group of levels. Your rank sets how much of the house edge comes back to you as rakeback.

Chips and bets
You bet with chips. A chip is available as soon as your balance can cover it, so your bets grow with your balance.
Chip levelsUse the arrows next to the chips to move between levels. Level 1 starts at 0.10 ACE and every level is 100 times bigger than the one before.
Largest betYour whole balance, whatever its size.
Max, half, clearThe buttons next to your bet set it in one tap. Chips that cost more than your balance are dimmed.
Rewards
Everything you can claim is on the Rewards page.
RakebackEvery bet earns you a share of the game's house edge, set by your rank. Half arrives instantly, 30% as weekly rakeback and 20% as monthly rakeback. Weekly and monthly can be claimed once per period (the week starts on Monday, Zurich time); what you do not claim carries over.
Daily login bonusClaim free ACE every day you come back. The base depends on your tier and grows 5% for every level you have, up to double at level 20. Your streak raises it day by day, from 1.0 times on day 1 to 1.5 times on day 7; from day 7 on it stays at that amount. Every 30th day of your streak adds a bigger bonus on top. Miss a day and the streak starts again. The Rewards page shows the amounts.
Daily Free SpinOne free spin of the wheel every day, reset at midnight Zurich time. The smallest prize is half your daily login base and the jackpot is 20 times it.
Level-up bonusACE paid once, the moment you reach a new level.
AchievementsPlay each game a few times and hit its special moments to earn gems.
Weekly cashbackA payback on part of last week's net loss, from 2% to 15% depending on your tier at the start of the week. You need to have played a minimum that week. The week ends on Monday at 00:00 (Zurich time) and you can claim it any time during the following week; the card counts down to when it opens.
Store
Gems are bought in the Store with a card. Spend them there on:
ACE packs and cratesA fixed amount of ACE for gems. The amount grows with your rank, in three steps (below). Crates also hold a booster.
BoostersTimed or one-shot bonuses on your earnings: more profit, lossback, a shield.
CosmeticsProfile frames, chip skins and voice packs. Frames also unlock from the highest tier you reach.
Name changeYour first username change is free. After that you need a Name Change Token.

Players
LeaderboardsThe top players of every tier, ranked by balance, with their level. Tap a player to see their card: view their profile or send a gift.
ProfileYour stats, session chart, achievements and your frame. Frames and chip skins show to other players.
GiftsSend gems to another player from their profile or card. You can only send gems once you have bought some yourself.
VIP
VIP is a monthly subscription for extra cosmetics and perks.
Frames and chip skinsObsidian and Neon frames and Rainbow and Neon Arc chip skins, only for active members.
Voice packsVoices that call out your big wins.
Managing itCancel any time in the Store under VIP. Your perks last to the end of the period you paid for.
Account and fair play
Verify your emailNew accounts confirm their email before they can play. The link is in the message we send; use Send again on the screen if it does not arrive.
Fair playEvery outcome is drawn on our servers the moment you play, never on your device. Each game's Info tab states its RTP.
Deleting your accountYou can delete your account in your profile settings. It removes your data for good and the same email cannot be used to sign up again.
Play for funVirtuAce is for adults, 18 and over, and has no real-money gambling. In your profile under Responsible Play you can set a session or daily time limit, or lock all games for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. We also remind you after 2 hours of play.
