1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VirtuAce ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of VirtuAce ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts where age requirements are not met. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where social casino games are prohibited by law.

3. Nature of the Service

VirtuAce is a social casino platform. It includes casino-style games (blackjack and others) played with virtual currency called ACE chips.

• ACE chips are virtual items with no monetary value.
• ACE chips cannot be converted to real money, cryptocurrency, or any other asset.
• ACE chips cannot be transferred between accounts or traded outside the platform.
• Winning or losing ACE chips does not constitute winning or losing real money.
• Past performance in games does not predict future results.

This Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute gambling under applicable law to the extent that no prizes of monetary value are awarded.

4. Purchases & Payments

You may purchase ACE chips and other virtual items using real money via our payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are subject to the following:

• Prices are displayed in USD. Approximate local currency equivalents shown are for reference only; Stripe applies its own exchange rates at checkout.
• All sales are final and non-refundable once virtual items are delivered to your account, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time with reasonable notice.

Stripe processes all payments. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and not share your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating software.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use offensive, hateful, or discriminatory usernames or content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Virtual Currency & Items

ACE chips and all other virtual items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service only. Virtual Items:

• Remain the property of VirtuAce at all times.
• May be modified, adjusted, or removed as part of normal game operation.
• Will be lost if your account is terminated or deleted.
• Are not redeemable for real money under any circumstances.

8. Responsible Gaming

Although VirtuAce does not constitute real-money gambling, we encourage responsible play:

• Set limits on time and money spent on the platform.
• Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose on virtual items.
• If you feel your use of social casino games is becoming problematic, seek help.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of Virtual Items due to technical issues.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your access to Virtual Items is forfeited without compensation.

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
